DICHROIC FUSED GLASS PENDANTS & EARRINGS:
These have all been *kiln-annealed for lasting durability which is a must for your favourite jewellery! The Earrings are on 925 Sterling Silver ear wires. All pendant/earring bails are finished with a sterling silver plate and we have found these to be classy, affordable and still, top quality!
Polish this range up with a microfiber cloth.
Please be careful when leaving your jewellery in the car or in the summer heat – the heat can affect the glues which are used to adhere the bails to the glass!
If a bail is dislodged by any chance, just make contact with us – they can be re-attached, easily!
GLASS COASTERS:
The coaster sets have been kiln-annealed* for lasting durability. Just wipe down with a damp cloth and polish with microfiber to make the glass shine. These are not dishwasher safe as the bump-ons (rubber feet) are ‘glued’ on!
Be a little careful of really rough based coffee mugs – they may scratch the coaster surface!
SLUMPED CHEESE PLATTERS:
(These bottles are fully flat and have the neck completely SEALED off.)
Dishwasher safe – YAY! These have all been kiln-annealed* for lasting durability.
The platters are fine to slice cheese etc on but do avoid ‘sawing’ through any products on them, as it is likely to scratch the surface.
SLUMPED DIP & CRACKER DISHES:
(These bottles do not have the neck SEALED!)
There is a cork/screw cap added, to minimise any dust etc entering the vacant space within the bottle. The bottles are all *kiln-annealed for lasting durability, however they are not dishwasher safe as the cork is not guaranteed to keep water out.
Just wipe clean with a damp dishcloth and dry as usual – easy peasy!
NB: Please don’t submerge these bottles completely in the sink or put them in
the dishwasher – you will most likely, NEVER get the moisture out of within the bottle again.
My HANDMADE BEAD Jewellery (Glitz & Glass beads):
The glass beads are individually handmade in the flame, by myself in my Northland studio.
These beads are all *kiln-annealed* for lasting durability before being cleaned and used in my jewellery designs.
All of the findings used are 925 Sterling Silver including the headpins, balls, spacers etc.
The beads are teamed up with Swarovski crystals and quality gemstones as required.
This range is very much Limited Edition and will never be the same!

*Kiln-annealed means to hold the hot glass at a specific temperature whilst in the ‘cool-down phase’ to de-stress the glass.
This makes the beads robust and ensures they will not break at a later date.
(Most mass-produced bead companies skip this step in production.)
Remember, it is still glass – so treat them all with care, as usual. :)
